We are a South Carolina Alternative Education Campus for children who need instruction focused on reading development and the social demands of school. A qualified applicant must live in South Carolina. We review the completed application and its supporting records before deciding whether the student meets those criteria. Evidence may come from a formal evaluation, appropriate educational documentation or an assessment identifying the characteristics of dyslexia. Families may submit an Individualized Education Program, a Section 504 plan or a recent psychological evaluation for that review. Our admissions team considers the information together as it evaluates the fit with our school's purpose.
