Transparency about our platform and how we connect families with providers
Special Needs Care Network (SPCN) is an advertising platform. We publish listings for schools and service providers so families can search, compare, and decide who to contact for themselves.
Some providers participate as paid partners. Paid partners pay a flat subscription fee for advertising placement on the platform. They do not pay per inquiry, per family, per referral, or per enrollment, and the fee does not change based on how many families contact them or sign up.
What a paid partnership buys is prominence: a paid listing may appear higher in search results within the region the provider selected, and may include an expanded profile. Paid listings are always labeled so families can see why a provider appears where it does.
What a paid partnership does not buy: we do not steer, route, or recommend any individual family to a paid partner, and we are not compensated for connecting a specific family to a specific provider. Paid status has no effect on our verification standards and does not allow a provider to alter or remove reviews left by families.
Participation as a paid partner does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of outcomes. Families are encouraged to independently evaluate any provider prior to enrollment.
