Grateful Care ABA - Atlanta

I submitted a request and completed the quesstionnaire for ABA services Jan 2026 and did not get an assigned RBT until July 2026. They then blamed the very long wait on the insurance company. In reality they waited for months to send the approval packet to the insurance company and I had to keep inquirying about the status because no one was actually communciating with me. I had to keep calling or emailing asking when will my daughter receive services. I finally got a BCBA in June 2026 that was very helpful but when a RNT was assigned, I was told it was against the policy for me to communicate with the RBT without someone from the company or the BCBA being on the phone or copied on any text. My daughter has been receiving services for the past 7 years from 2 other companies and I have never been told that I wasn't allowed to communicate solely with the RBT. They require you to text only in group text with all authority parties included and/ or email with everyone CC on any communication. They want to control every aspect of the therapy and I just want what's best for my child. This level of micro managing is too much and I don't want their services and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
