About the Center
Amaze ABA provides compassionate, individualized ABA therapy in your child's natural environment, including the home, daycare, school, or other community settings. Every program is overseen by a BCBA and includes a strong focus on parent training, empowering families with the tools and strategies needed to support their child's success. We pride ourselves on personalized care, family partnership, and meaningful outcomes.
Our Approach
At Amaze ABA, our treatment approach is individualized, compassionate, and focused on meaningful progress in everyday life. We use evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies tailored to each child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.
Our BCBAs design personalized treatment plans that focus on building communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while also reducing behaviors that may interfere with learning and independence. Therapy is provided in natural environments such as the home, school, or community to ensure skills are practical and functional.
We also place strong emphasis on caregiver collaboration, ensuring parents and caregivers are supported and actively involved throughout the process so progress continues beyond therapy sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about Amaze ABA
Do you accept Medicaid?
yes, we are fully in network with Medicaid, including the Katie Beckett Medicaid Waiver
What insurance plans do you accept?
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. However, if your child has Medicaid as a secondary insurance, we can also work with many other commercial insurance plans, such as United Healthcare, Aetna, and Cigna, by utilizing your out-of-network benefits in combination with Medicaid. We are happy to review your specific insurance situation and explain your coverage options before you begin services.
What is your typical wait time for new clients?
We do not have a waitlist. Once we receive the required documentation from your family, we begin the intake process right away and submit everything the same day. After your insurance provider issues the necessary approval, we assign a BCBA within 24 hours to contact your family, schedule the initial assessment, and begin the treatment planning process. We are often able to accommodate assessments with next-day availability, depending on the family's schedule. Our goal is to move families through the process as quickly and smoothly as possible so children can begin receiving services without unnecessary delays.
Do you offer in-home, in-center, or telehealth sessions?
We provide ABA services in the location of your choice. We do not operate a center that families come to. Instead, our therapists come to your child and provide services in the environment where they learn and grow best. Services can be provided in: Your home, Daycare, School, Community settings Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work in person with your child to provide the support they need to be successful in their everyday environment. This approach allows us to target meaningful skills where they are most naturally used and practiced.
What ages do you serve?
We service birth to 18 years old
What does the intake and assessment process involve?
The process starts with an intake call. We then help you gather any required documents, such as the autism diagnostic report, insurance card, and referral for ABA services. If you do not have a referral, don't worry—we can request one from your child's doctor and provide you with a copy. Once we receive the documents, we submit them to insurance for approval right away. After approval is received, a BCBA will contact you to schedule an assessment, learn about your child's strengths and needs, and develop an individualized treatment plan. We do not have a waitlist and work to move families through the process as quickly as possible.
Do you offer parent training and support?
Yes, absolutely. Parent training and support are an integral part of ABA therapy and play a key role in a child's success. Our BCBAs work closely with caregivers to provide guidance, education, and practical strategies that can be used in everyday situations. By partnering with families, we help ensure that skills learned during therapy are carried over into the home and community, leading to more meaningful and lasting progress.
