What insurance plans do you accept?

Aetna, Health Choice EGID, Community Care, Health Care Highways, Kemptom Group, UHC, and, Optum. Also accepting Out-of-Network and private payment.

Do you offer parent training and support?

Yes. We provide individualized parent training and support to help caregivers understand ABA strategies, strengthen communication and daily living skills, and support their child’s progress at home and in the community. Our BCBA works closely with families to provide practical guidance, answer questions, and help caregivers feel confident carrying skills into everyday routines.

What does the intake and assessment process involve?

Our intake process begins with a conversation with the family to learn about the child’s strengths, needs, and goals. We review relevant records and the autism diagnosis, followed by an individualized assessment completed by a BCBA. The BCBA uses this information to develop a personalized treatment plan with measurable goals. Once insurance authorization is approved, services can begin, with ongoing data collection and adjustments based on the child’s progress.

What credentials do your clinicians hold?

Our clinical team includes a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and experienced in providing individualized ABA services. Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide direct services under the supervision and guidance of the BCBA. All team members meet applicable training, credentialing, and supervision requirements.

How are progress updates shared with families?

Families receive regular updates on their child’s progress through ongoing communication with the BCBA and therapy team. We review progress toward goals, discuss any changes or concerns, and work together to adjust treatment as needed. Our goal is to keep families informed and actively involved throughout their child’s ABA journey.

What ages do you serve?

We primarily focus on early intervention and supporting young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder during the early stages of development. However, we are open to serving individuals of various ages, including adults, based on their individual needs, goals, and insurance coverage.
