Manipulative and misleading. Please do your research, if you can’t find a review about a business that has been open for nearly a decade, it’s because they are actively suppressing them and making it difficult for parents to share their stories. They start out giving incredibly generous therapy interventions. They are welcoming and communicate well, then after a few weeks, they will tell you that you are no longer permitted to ask questions face to face at pick up/drop off. Your questions or pertinent info about your child are only able to be submitted through your “cheerleader” who is someone who is not an active participant in your child’s care. You are only permitted to speak to that employee and if you attempt to speak to someone else they will refuse to speak to you to the point they will just walk away. And I’m not talking about difficult questions, I’m talking about simple “how was his day” or “how much fluids did he drink”. They will tell you to look at the daily log which is mostly not filled out and extremely vague. Some days no academics are listed. My child has medical issues that require a 1:1 and I caught them not honoring it and my child threw up all over himself and the 1:1 admitted another child alerted her to it because she had her back turned. When you hear crying and screaming sometimes coming from inside, do not assume it’s just a meltdown. That is data for what it is like in there for these kids. They basically love bomb you and then make you feel unwelcome and dismiss your concerns. This school is dangerous, please, even if you have to go to the public school a little longer, please protect your child from these con artists and child abusers. I am glad I trusted my gut and only exposed my child to this school for a few weeks and most days were half days. If I had more space and the ability to post my full story and documentation I would. I am pursuing journalists who would like to investigate and publish a piece on this to protect kids
