Adaptive Therapies is a therapy clinic on East Navajo Street in Farmington, serving San Juan County in New Mexico's northwest corner. Amplified Therapy delivers early intervention in southwestern New Mexico from a base in Cliff, in Grant County. It provides services under the New Mexico Family Infant Toddler program, known as FIT, which supports families of children from newborn to age three who have a developmental delay or disability or who are at risk of one.
