IOA Behavioral Health runs a purpose-built ABA center on Joy Road in Detroit, designed to be inviting, safe, and sensory-friendly. Sessions combine physical play with positive reinforcement, an approach that keeps engagement high and brings clients back ready to work. We also provide ABA in the home and community for families who need services where daily life happens. Our work uses evidence-based ABA procedures delivered by a team of trained professionals, with the aim of building autonomy and greater access to the community for people living with autism. Each client and family receives an individual conversation, plan, and set of outcomes rather than a standard package. A second IOA center serves families in Commerce, Michigan.

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy's Detroit center provides applied behavior analysis services alongside pediatric occupational, physical, speech, and feeding therapy. The center is located in Detroit's Durfee Innovation Society and offers weekday appointments for families seeking local pediatric therapy support.
