Centria Autism's John C Lodge center provides ABA therapy for children ages 1 to 12 in Detroit, with both center-based and in-home options. At the center, children take part in structured one-on-one sessions and peer activities in rooms set up for learning and play; at home, therapists work within daily routines so new skills carry into family life. Every child begins with a comprehensive assessment that shapes an individualized treatment plan with clear goals, reviewed and adjusted as progress is made. Our therapists use positive reinforcement to build communication, social interaction, and daily living skills while reducing behaviors that get in the way. The center is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm, and we are part of a network of Centria centers across metro Detroit, including Dearborn, Garden City, and Harper Woods.

IOA Behavioral Health runs a purpose-built ABA center on Joy Road in Detroit, designed to be inviting, safe, and sensory-friendly. Sessions combine physical play with positive reinforcement, an approach that keeps engagement high and brings clients back ready to work. We also provide ABA in the home and community for families who need services where daily life happens. Our work uses evidence-based ABA procedures delivered by a team of trained professionals, with the aim of building autonomy and greater access to the community for people living with autism. Each client and family receives an individual conversation, plan, and set of outcomes rather than a standard package. A second IOA center serves families in Commerce, Michigan.

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy's Detroit center provides applied behavior analysis services alongside pediatric occupational, physical, speech, and feeding therapy. The center is located in Detroit's Durfee Innovation Society and offers weekday appointments for families seeking local pediatric therapy support.
