About Key Autism Services - Boston
We bring ABA therapy into the home for families across Boston. We do that because autism intervention in a familiar environment, with the whole family involved, can be especially effective. A child practices skills in the rooms where they actually need them, and the people around them every day are part of the work rather than spectators to it.
We start by evaluating what your child can already do. That includes language, social skills, gross and fine motor skills, and play abilities. We look at behavior patterns and the triggers behind them, and we pay attention to the surroundings, because environment shapes behavior more than families are often told. From there our clinicians collaborate with you to set clear, specific goals.
Our method builds on what your child already knows rather than starting from a deficit. The aim is stronger communication, easier social interaction, and a greater sense of well-being at home.
Our approach is positive and uplifting. We look for quality outcomes and we celebrate every success along the way, including the small ones that only a parent would notice.

What we think matters most is that ABA should happen where the skill is actually needed. That is why we deliver services in three settings rather than one. Families can come to our center, which is purpose-built for therapy. We provide ABA in the home, where routines like mealtimes, mornings, and bedtime are the real curriculum. And we work in schools, supporting students in the classroom environment where they spend their day. Many of the families we work with move between these settings over time, and we would rather adjust the setting than ask a family to adjust to us.
