At our Charlestown center, we provide ABA therapy and autism evaluations for children, teens, and adults with autism. Individualized programs can address communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and independent daily routines. Our service options include early intervention, parent training, and ABA in center, home, and school settings. The Charlestown center is at 465 Medford Street, Suite 301. Blue Gems provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for families in Massachusetts, including Boston and the surrounding communities. Our approach centers on individualized care. We help children with autism develop the skills that open up daily life: communication, learning, and the practical living skills that make a household run more smoothly. What that looks like differs from child to child, which is why we do not run a fixed curriculum. We work with children at home. For most of the families we serve, that removes a commute, keeps siblings and caregivers close to the work, and means new skills are practiced in the setting where they are needed rather than transferred there afterwards. We partner closely with families and caregivers throughout. Parents are the people delivering consistency between sessions, so we make sure you understand the plan and can carry it out with confidence.
