About Champions ABA - Boston
Is your child struggling with communication, behavior, or social skills? That is the question most families arrive with, and it is the one we are set up to answer.
We deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in Boston for children with autism and developmental differences. Applied Behavior Analysis helps children build independence, strengthen communication, and improve social skills, and we design each program around the child in front of us rather than a standard template.
We work in the home and in community settings. Skills learned in a therapy room do not always travel, so we would rather build them in the places a child actually lives: the kitchen, the playground, the grocery store.
Early intervention is where we see the biggest difference. Starting ABA early often leads to lasting gains in communication, independence, and social skills, and our early autism programs in Boston are built to give young children that foundation.
We also partner with Boston schools. We support IEP goals, offer classroom strategies, and work to keep expectations consistent between school and home, so a child is not being taught two different sets of rules.
Most insurance providers cover ABA therapy. Our team handles verification, authorizations, and claims, so you can focus on your child instead of the paperwork. Call (877) 242-1744 to get started.

Other Therapy Centers in Boston, MA
Golden Care Therapy - Massachusetts
VerifiedWe provide compassionate in-home ABA therapy for families throughout Massachusetts, from Greater Boston and the South Shore to Worcester, the Pioneer Valley, and surrounding communities. Our clinicians build personalized plans within everyday routines and give caregivers practical tools that support communication, confidence, daily living, and independence.
ABA Centers of America - Charlestown
Our Charlestown center brings ABA Centers of America to the heart of Boston. We opened this location on Medford Street as our fifth center in Massachusetts, joining our teams in Braintree, Peabody, Wellesley, and Worcester, and we serve families across the greater Boston communities from here. We offer two things under one roof: autism diagnosis and testing, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. That means a family who is still looking for answers and a family who already has a diagnosis and needs a treatment plan can both start with us, without being sent somewhere else in between. Our approach to ABA is play-based. Children learn through activities they actually enjoy, and our clinicians build goals into that play rather than drilling them at a table. We work with clients at every stage, from early intervention for our youngest learners through child and teen programs and on into adult services, so care does not have to stop when a child ages out. Therapy does not only happen at the center. We provide in-home ABA for families who want skills practiced in the environment where they are needed, and in-school ABA where the classroom is the right setting. We also run parent training and school partnerships, because the adults around a child carry the plan forward between sessions. We accept insurance for ABA therapy. If you are unsure what your plan covers, contact us and we will walk you through it.
ABI New England - Allston
Our Allston center sits on Brighton Avenue, and it is one of six ABI New England locations across Massachusetts, alongside Bedford, Franklin, Lowell, Methuen, and Worcester. From here we support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families throughout Boston and the surrounding neighborhoods. What we think matters most is that ABA should happen where the skill is actually needed. That is why we deliver services in three settings rather than one. Families can come to our center, which is purpose-built for therapy. We provide ABA in the home, where routines like mealtimes, mornings, and bedtime are the real curriculum. And we work in schools, supporting students in the classroom environment where they spend their day. Many of the families we work with move between these settings over time, and we would rather adjust the setting than ask a family to adjust to us. We know the funding question is usually the first one parents want answered, so we keep information on insurance coverage and funding options available, and our intake team will talk it through with you before you commit to anything. To get started, call us at (617) 402-5444 or email info@abinewengland.com.
