The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) Louisville center is at 9110 Leesgate Drive, Suite 1. The center opened in 2018 and provides Applied Behavior Analysis. Two on-site BCBAs have been with the Louisville center since it opened. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Hopebridge's Louisville East autism therapy center is at 215 South Hurstbourne Parkway, Suite 213. The center offers Hopebridge 360 Care, which coordinates autism diagnostic assessments, Applied Behavior Analysis, occupational therapy, and speech evaluations in one location. Services start at 15 months of age. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Kentucky payers include Aetna, Anthem, CareSource Marketplace, Cigna, Humana, Humana Medicaid, Key Benefit Administrators, Passport by Molina Medicaid, and UnitedHealthcare.
