Hopebridge Autism Therapy Center - Lexington

Adapt For Life's Lexington clinic is at 2537 Larkin Road. The clinic provides Applied Behavior Analysis for children with autism, developmental delays, ADHD, and other learning differences. Sessions can take place at the Larkin Road clinic or at a child's school. Home and community ABA at this location is currently on hold. Therapists are BCBAs or RBTs. Parent training is part of the model, and families receive progress reports. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ABA at the Lexington clinic is covered by Medicaid and some commercial plans.

BlueSprig Autism's Lexington center is at 2464 Fortune Drive, Suite 195, in the Hamburg area. The clinic provides Applied Behavior Analysis for children with autism. Families start in the Early Intervention programs Sprouts (ages 0 to 4) and Sprigs (ages 4 to 6). Current clients may continue into Branching Out Explorers (ages 7 to 12) and Trailblazers (ages 13 to 18). Sessions can be center-based, home-based, community-based, or school-based after assessment. The team includes BCBAs and RBTs. BlueSprig accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna, TRICARE, Cigna, Humana, and UnitedHealthcare. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education's West Lexington clinic is at 993 Mason Headley Road, Suite 50. This is a second Lexington ABA site, separate from the Dennis Drive clinic. The clinic provides clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis for children with autism, using play-based and structured teaching for communication, social interaction, behavior support, and daily living skills. Parent and caregiver training is part of the clinic model. The West Lexington clinic is accepting new clients. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Insurers include Medicaid, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, UMR, and WellCare.
