About the Center
Grateful Care ABA serves Richmond and eastern Indiana families from our clinic on Commerce Road. Children ages 1 to 21 receive one-on-one ABA therapy shaped around their own goals, in the clinic, at home, at school, or in the community where new skills get used.
Every program is designed and supervised by a BCBA who observes sessions regularly and updates the plan as a child progresses. Parent training runs alongside direct therapy so families can use the same strategies between sessions.
We are accepting new clients at this location. Our team verifies benefits and handles authorizations from the first call, and most Indiana plans are accepted, including Medicaid, Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, CareSource, MDwise, and Wellcare.
Our Approach
One-on-one ABA designed and supervised by a BCBA, delivered across clinic, home, school, and community settings, with parent training built into every plan.

New Patterns ABA Virginia
VerifiedNew Patterns ABA provides in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children, teens, and adults with autism across the Greater Richmond area. Sessions take place where families live and learn, in the home and in the community, so new skills carry over into daily routines. Each client is paired with a provider matched to their needs and goals, and a BCBA builds an individualized plan that adapts as the client progresses. The team takes a whole-person approach, giving every client, family, and caregiver a voice in the process, with parent training built in so progress continues between sessions. Scheduling is flexible, including evening and weekend availability. Privately owned and family-centered, New Patterns ABA is small enough to know each client personally and experienced enough to support complex needs. The team manages insurance authorizations and paperwork from the first call to help care begin without delay. Service areas include Richmond and surrounding communities across Henrico, Chesterfield, and Hanover counties.
Grateful Care ABA
We don't have a waitlist. When a family gets referred to us, we start services fast instead of making them wait months like most ABA providers. We're also hands-on with referral partners — real communication back and forth on shared patients, not just a fax and radio silence.
