About the Center
Grateful Care ABA serves families in Greenwood and the south side of the Indianapolis metro from our clinic on North Madison Avenue. Children ages 1 to 21 receive one-on-one ABA therapy built around their own goals, whether that happens in the clinic, at home, at school, or out in the community where new skills actually get used.
Every program is designed and supervised by a BCBA who observes sessions regularly and adjusts the plan as a child progresses. Parent training is part of the work, not an add-on, so families can carry strategies into daily routines between sessions.
We are accepting new clients. Families do not sit on a long waitlist before care starts, and our team handles benefit verification and authorizations from the first call. Most Indiana insurance plans are accepted, including Medicaid, Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, CareSource, MDwise, and Wellcare.
Our Approach
One-on-one ABA designed and supervised by a BCBA, delivered across clinic, home, school, and community settings, with parent training built into every plan.

We don't have a waitlist. When a family gets referred to us, we start services fast instead of making them wait months like most ABA providers. We're also hands-on with referral partners — real communication back and forth on shared patients, not just a fax and radio silence.
Life Skills Autism Academy - ABA Therapy Center
Centria Autism is dedicated to supporting children with autism, particularly those aged 2 to 14, through a comprehensive range of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services. The school’s core mission revolves around fostering an environment where each child can reach their fullest potential, especially for those with unique challenges such as language-based learning disabilities or who are twice-exceptional. Centria employs a client-centered approach that prioritizes the happiness and engagement of children before learning begins, ensuring that every therapy session is not only effective but also enjoyable. Key programs include early intervention services, center-based therapy, and in-home ABA therapy, all tailored through thorough assessments to meet individual needs. What sets Centria apart is its commitment to low student-to-teacher ratios and strong family partnerships, creating a supportive community that enhances the learning experience. Additionally, specialized facilities designed for sensory-friendly engagement further contribute to an enriching atmosphere where children can thrive both academically and socially.
