About the Center

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD®) stands as a beacon of hope and support for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. Established by Dr. Doreen Granpeesheh, a leading expert in the field, CARD is dedicated to enhancing the lives of children, adolescents, and adults through tailored applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs. The center serves a diverse range of students, focusing on those between the ages of 2 to adulthood who may present with language-based learning disabilities or are twice-exceptional. CARD employs a comprehensive approach that emphasizes early intervention, utilizing high-intensity therapy sessions designed to foster independence and personal growth. The robust SKILLS learning curriculum is at the heart of their methodology, ensuring that each individual receives customized treatment aimed at achieving meaningful progress. What sets CARD apart is its commitment to low student-to-teacher ratios, fostering strong partnerships with families, and offering specialized facilities that create an engaging learning environment. With a focus on empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential, CARD not only provides effective treatment but also cultivates a supportive community for families navigating the complexities of autism.

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD), offers high-quality, evidence-based autism treatment services to children, teens, adults, and families in service of its mission to make a difference in the world by helping every individual fulfill his or her potential. At CARD, we provide intensive behavioral intervention and focused programs using applied behavior analysis (ABA), which is the process of systematically applying interventions based upon the principles of learning theory to improve socially significant behaviors to a meaningful degree. CARD's passionate and skilled board certified behavior technicians work one-to-one with patients under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
