Lumiere Children’s Therapy

The staff was great from the first interaction, I was confident that my son EJ would get the services he needed all in one place. As a mom it can be difficult to know your child, especially one with special needs, is safe and going to benefit from the services. Previous experiences at other companies left me wondering if I was misunderstanding what services should consist of but Lumiere helped reassure me of what I'd known all along; that ABA wasn't suppose to be a glorified or overpriced baby sitter. My son went from being mostly non-verbal to progressively communicating both with and without his words. His self destructive behaviors decreased and he even made a friend. In addition to all of that, they accepted my insurance, never charged me for unexpected or unexplained charges! Given what Lumiere did for EJ, I probably would have paid them if they had done so, lolz. This is the experience every parent and child should have.

Lumiere Children's Therapy has provided an amazing experience for us. They offered ST, OT, and ABA services. The therapist all work together and treatment plans are shared. Space is big and spacious and clean. Communication was a large part of why we decided on this clinic, as lines of communication were strong throughout the entire team including the billing department. We saw progress quickly and felt supported as a family. Would highly recommend.
