ABA Pros

ABA Pros, also known as Developmental Intervention Specialists (DIS), is our applied behavior analysis center at 5458 Town Center Road, #24, in Boca Raton, open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Belkis Aguilar-Coupet founded DIS in 2004, and we also provide community-based services for families across Palm Beach and Broward counties. At our center we offer one-to-one verbal behavior therapy, social skills groups, an extended-day drop-off program, food refusal support, toilet training, parent training and parent nights out, behavior management, and school readiness. Our home school support covers academic skills, classroom-ready behaviors, social skills groups for district home education students, and plans to reduce behavioral barriers to learning. During holidays and school closures, we run full- or partial-day camps for elementary students based on medical necessity, as self-pay or with authorization.

We accept commercial insurance, the Step Up for Students scholarship, and private pay. Plans we work with include UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Oscar, Florida Blue, Cigna, AvMed, Aetna, and EMA. Families can begin with private pay while waiting for a formal diagnosis, since funding sources require one before authorizing services. Our owner, Belkis Aguilar-Coupet, clinical director Roselyn Hurst, and program supervisor Jeanette Johnson are board certified behavior analysts.
