Action Behavior Centers - Surprise

In Surprise, our center keeps a young child's entire care team in one building on Grand Avenue, just west of Litchfield Road. We serve children up to age six, so everything we do is early intervention. Our ABA therapy is naturalistic and play-based, built on the Early Start Denver Model, and it works hand in hand with speech therapy, occupational therapy, diagnostic evaluations and developmental-behavioral pediatric care. Each child's first assessment includes our BCBAs, speech therapists and occupational therapists together, which gives families one integrated plan. If your child still needs a diagnosis, we start with a virtual intake, then a play-based testing session and a results call. Tours are available before therapy begins.

At our Surprise center, we tailor ABA programs to each child's needs and developmental goals. Sessions use engaging activities and structured teaching to practice communication, social connection, and daily living skills. Our clinical team monitors progress and works with families to carry skills into everyday routines.

AACT uses Applied Behavior Analysis to build a program around each child, family and lifestyle, because no two children with autism are alike. Our Surprise clinic on West Bell Road shares space with RISE Services, and appointments are scheduled by phone. We bring advanced perspectives on Pivotal Response Treatment and goal setting to every family in our program. Alongside ABA therapy, we offer a parent training program, social groups, speech and language therapy, respite and habilitation services. We also help parents navigate the local system so children receive the state services they are entitled to. We accept major insurance carriers, DDD and AHCCCS, as well as private pay.
