The Schoolhouse has served families in Parker County since 1991, providing early childhood education for children ages six weeks to five years in Weatherford. Full-time, part-time, and half-day programs are available, and a new infant program supports children's growth from the very start. Programs focus on the whole child, mind, body, and spirit, treating relationships, confidence, and curiosity as the foundation of early development alongside academics. Co-owners Leddy Harris and Amy Dean lead a team of educators who have been part of the community long enough to be stopped around town by former students, often now with families of their own.
