About Riverview Christian School
Riverview Christian School teaches every subject from a biblical standpoint, and each class begins with a daily Bible lesson. Our approach, the Warrior Way, rests on service, relationship, and academics, and our core curriculum blends Abeka and BJU Press materials from preschool through 12th grade.
Classes average 19 students, with a cap of 25 per teacher. Middle and high school students choose electives such as woodshop, auto shop, journalism, entrepreneurship, computer science and culinary classes. Spanish runs from basic elementary Spanish through high school Spanish 3, taught by a native speaker, and high school students can earn dual credit in pre-calculus, Spanish, literature, and writing through George Fox University and Southwestern Oregon Community College. We also field a trapshooting team that competes at the state tournament.
We hold dual accreditation through ACSI and ACTS and test with the TerraNova3 each spring. Tuition is $5,600 a year for kindergarten through 12th grade, with monthly payment plans and limited scholarship funds. Our half-day Pre-K for 4-year-olds meets from 8:00 a.m. to noon.
