Clackamas High School
Clackamas High School serves grades 9 to 12 for the North Clackamas School District from our campus on SE 122nd Avenue. Students plan their next steps in the CAV Center, which helps with college applications, FAFSA and scholarships, trade schools, apprenticeships and military options, and our ASPIRE program matches students with adult mentors. Four counselors, a social worker and a student engagement specialist support students, and the school-based health center on campus offers confidential medical and mental health care with no out-of-pocket cost. Students with IEPs receive specially designed instruction, from small-group resource support to structured settings; the district also runs Structured Learning Center and Transitional Learning Center classrooms at select schools, and an Adult Transition Program at the Sabin-Schellenberg Center. We offer talented and gifted services, credit recovery, work experience and after-school tutoring. Outside class, students can play in the Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Jazz Ensemble or Cavalier Pep Band, perform in our theater program's fall musical, work on the yearbook, compete in athletics, or join clubs from affinity groups to the National Honor Society, National Art Honor Society and Speech and Debate. An activities bus runs after school.
Clackamas Web Academy
We are a free public charter school sponsored by the North Clackamas School District, serving Oregon students in grades K-12 through online curriculum, onsite classes, labs, academic support, and activities. About 550 students learn with us, and our Early College Options program gives high school students access to college classes while they work toward a diploma. We assign each student a faculty member who checks in about every other week. Families provide adult supervision and high-speed internet, while students can join weekly advisory and grade-level meetings, tutoring, special-interest classes, workshops, and science labs on campus. Our staff support students through the day by phone and email. Elementary and middle school faculty manage work across subjects; high school teachers hold subject-area certifications. Counselors, an ESL coordinator, academic support specialists, and career and early-college staff also help students plan their learning. Our flexible program serves students who need a different schedule, come from home or private school, or want to pursue college coursework early.
