About Clackamas Web Academy
Clackamas Web Academy is a free public charter school sponsored by the North Clackamas School District and accredited by Cognia, serving roughly 550 students in grades K through 12 across Oregon. Instruction combines online curriculum with onsite classes, labs, academic support, and activities. Each student is assigned a staff member who meets with them about every other week, and families provide adult supervision and a high-speed internet connection. High school core subjects are taught by staff certified in that subject, supported by counselors, an ESL coordinator, and academic support specialists. The Early College Options program lets academically ready students begin college coursework at Oregon community colleges while completing their high school diploma, with CWA covering up to $1,000 per year in college course costs for eligible students.
