About Tradewinds Education Center
Tradewinds Education Center is an approved special education school program for students ages 5 to 22 with intellectual disabilities, with or without additional developmental disabilities. Our education program is designed around each student’s learning and support needs. Our Utica center is part of Tradewinds’ broader central New York program.
