North Tonawanda High School, at 405 Meadow Drive, is the only high school in the North Tonawanda City School District and serves students in grades 9 to 12. We are home of the Lumberjacks. Students can graduate with New York academic seals in architecture and engineering, biliteracy, civic readiness, fine arts and health sciences, take Advanced Placement courses, and earn college credit through Niagara County Community College's College Acceleration Program. Others split their day at the Orleans-Niagara BOCES Career and Technical Institute. Our Alternative High School Program offers a full-day, small-class option for students in grades 9 to 12 who need a flexible or extended schedule because of work or family, with credit recovery, independent learning, individualized tutoring and a path to a Regents diploma. Our Student Support Center handles college and career planning, scholarships, SAT and ACT preparation and emotional health resources. Clubs include Model UN, Science Olympiad, Scholastic Bowl, forensics, chess, garden club, drama and improv, alongside concert, jazz and marching bands, chorus, vocal jazz, the Northstar yearbook, National Honor Society and service learning.
