Apple Montessori Schools & Camps - Morris Plains

Apple Montessori Schools is dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of children from six weeks to sixth grade, focusing on empowering each child to reach their full potential in a supportive and enriching environment. With a mission that spans over 50 years, the school serves students with diverse needs, including those with language-based learning disabilities and twice-exceptional learners. The Montessori approach employed here emphasizes individualized education, allowing children the freedom to learn at their own pace while fostering a love of learning through hands-on experiences.

The curriculum is well-rounded, integrating essential academic subjects with enrichment programs such as music, art, yoga, foreign languages, and technology. A unique phonics-based reading program ensures that many students are reading by age four, while the structured freedom within classrooms encourages concentration and discipline. Highly trained staff members are committed to providing personalized attention due to low student-to-teacher ratios, which enhances each child's educational experience.

What sets Apple Montessori Schools apart is its strong commitment to family partnerships and community involvement. Parents are actively engaged in their children's education through consistent communication and support from educators. The school's legacy of excellence is reflected in numerous accreditations and the satisfaction of families who have entrusted their children's education to Apple Montessori for generations. This holistic approach not only prepares children academically but also nurtures them into kind, independent individuals ready for success in life.
