Maria Montessori International Academy's Zionsville campus is at 4370 Weston Pointe Drive, Suite 100. MMIA opened in 2001 and also operates Indianapolis and Carmel academies. The Zionsville building sits behind the shopping center; arrivals turn toward the back of the complex. Brand-wide, MMIA serves children from about 3 months through age 12 in multi-age classrooms. Classes include infants, toddlers, ages 3 to 5, kindergarten, and elementary. Subjects include music, math, art, social sciences, cultural studies, and Spanish, French, and Chinese through immersion. Infant rooms are described as 1:3. Teachers are American Montessori Society certified, and some also hold AMI credentials. Mommy and Me playgroups, Music Rhapsody, and summer camps are offered. School tours are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Gingerbread House Preschool
Gingerbread House Preschool is a private preschool in Zionsville. Most classes have 12 students and two teachers, a 6:1 ratio. The 2s classes have 6 students and two teachers, a 3:1 ratio. Teachers hold bachelor's degrees, most in education, and some hold master's degrees. The program includes reading, writing, math, science, art, music, cooking, and movement. 2026-27 classes include a 2s class for children who turn 2 by August 1, 2026; 3s; 3-4s; 4s; and Junior Kindergarten for children who turn 5 by April 1, 2027. Gingerbread Clubhouse is an extended-day option for enrolled students ages 3 to 5 who are potty trained. Students in the 2s class cannot attend Clubhouse. Annual tuition is split into 10 payments. 2026-27 yearly tuition is $1,200 for 2s, $2,325 for 3s, $3,125 for 3-4s, $3,150 for 4s, and $3,975 for Junior Kindergarten. Registration and last-month tuition are due at enrollment and are nonrefundable. Registration is in person at the school.
