Maria Montessori International Academy's Zionsville campus is at 4370 Weston Pointe Drive, Suite 100. MMIA opened in 2001 and also operates Indianapolis and Carmel academies. The Zionsville building sits behind the shopping center; arrivals turn toward the back of the complex. Brand-wide, MMIA serves children from about 3 months through age 12 in multi-age classrooms. Classes include infants, toddlers, ages 3 to 5, kindergarten, and elementary. Subjects include music, math, art, social sciences, cultural studies, and Spanish, French, and Chinese through immersion. Infant rooms are described as 1:3. Teachers are American Montessori Society certified, and some also hold AMI credentials. Mommy and Me playgroups, Music Rhapsody, and summer camps are offered. School tours are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Pleasant View Elementary serves kindergarten through 4th grade students on South 975 East in Zionsville. We are part of Zionsville Community Schools, a district of more than 8,000 students whose families speak 65 languages. Social and emotional learning is part of each week. Classroom teachers lead a weekly Second Step lesson, our tier 1 SEL curriculum, and families can follow along at home with grade-level Home Links. Our two school counselors have worked in Zionsville elementary schools for decades, one of them since 1997. Zionsville Community Schools offers a continuum of special education services for students who qualify, along with programs for advanced learners and students who need extra support. Through Eagle Rec, students can stay on campus for before and after school enrichment classes such as Early Start Spanish and After School French. Our PTO supports school activities, and families can reserve a time to join their child for lunch.

Union Elementary reopened in its current building in the 2007-2008 school year, designed with a STEM lab, a project room, a gymnasium, a media center, and dedicated art and music spaces. Two playgrounds sit in a park-like setting, and classrooms get plenty of natural light. We are part of Zionsville Community Schools and serve more than 600 students from pre-kindergarten through fourth grade. Teachers use differentiated instruction and early literacy intervention to meet students where they are, our counselor teaches guidance lessons on topics such as bullying and goal setting, and every class follows Second Step, our weekly social and emotional learning curriculum. Before and after school, Eagle Recreation and Enrichment offers Spanish language classes along with clubs for drama, science and engineering, sports and art, and scouting troops are active here. Students also enjoy author assemblies and curriculum-linked field trips. Our PTO and a Dads Club that dates to the 1990s plan student events and raise money for classroom enrichment.
