About Options Schools with ABA - Kokomo
Options Schools with ABA in downtown Kokomo pairs public school academics with applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy in one building for students with autism. We run the program in partnership with the Behavioral Analysis Center for Autism (BACA) and the Indiana Behavior Analysis Academy (IBAA). Options uses ABA concepts in its teaching, while the therapy itself comes from our partners, so students get both without traveling between providers.
Students spend three hours a day in the academic program, in either a morning or an afternoon session. Before enrolling, families meet with our program director to make sure the fit is right and to plan how we will accommodate each student.
Options Schools has served Indiana students in grades 6 to 12 since 2002 as a free public school accredited by the Indiana Department of Education and AdvancED. Coursework follows Indiana standards toward a Core 40 diploma, students receive Chromebooks, and free or reduced-price meals are available. Our other campuses operate in Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield and Portage.

How does the split day work?
Your child attends an ABA therapy session either in the morning or the afternoon with one of our partner providers, and spends the opposite half of the day in the classroom with our teachers.
Is there tuition?
No. We are a tuition-free public charter school.
How do we enroll?
Start with a meeting with our program director so we can confirm the fit. We enroll year-round as space allows in your child's grade level, and the process can take as few as five to seven school days.
Can my child still earn a standard diploma?
Yes. Students work toward the General, Core 40, Core 40 with Academic Honors, or Core 40 with Technical Honors diploma. Options is accredited by the Indiana Department of Education and AdvancED.
