About Hinsdale Adventist Academy
Hinsdale Adventist Academy is a Seventh-day Adventist Christian school in the Chicago suburb of Hinsdale, owned and operated by the Illinois Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. We enroll children from preschool through 12th grade: Little Lambs Early Learning Center for ages 3 to 5, Lower School for kindergarten through grade 4, Middle School for grades 5 to 8, and High School for grades 9 to 12.
Our academic program follows the curriculum of the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists Office of Education, and small classes keep our student-to-teacher ratio at 12.5 to 1. We are accredited by the Accrediting Association of Seventh-day Adventist Schools, Colleges, and Universities, the National Council for Private School Accreditation, and the Middle States Association. HAA also took part in CognitiveGenesis, a national study of student achievement in Adventist schools.
Students of every religion and ethnicity are welcome, and our International Student Program brings in students from around the world. Music and band, athletics and a UChicago AdventHealth partnership extend learning, and tuition assistance is available.
