Odyssey is an independent, coeducational day school serving students in grades 6 through 8. Founded in 1997, Odyssey answers the need for innovative and challenging academics offered within a small, responsive environment. Odyssey is small by design. Enrollment is limited to 55. Our high staff-to-student ratio allows us to fully know each student and to fully support their growth Ð academic and personal, as they forge their way through the critical middle school years. Situated on an idyllic, green, 3.5 acre campus in San Mateo, OdysseyÕs ÒBase CampÓ provides small learning spaces indoors and green restorative spaces outdoors. Days begin in Highlands Recreation CenterÕs larger indoor space with morning meditation and movement.
