About Lucciola Academy
Our preschool and daycare program in San Jose draws on the Reggio Emilia approach. We follow children's questions and interests through creative expression, child-led inquiry and outdoor exploration.

Our San Jose school serves students ages 5–22 with complex learning needs. At AchieveKids, we bring special education, mental health, behavior analysis, speech and language, and vocational education into each student's daily learning plan. Classrooms are grouped around age, social needs and educational needs. Instruction emphasizes communication, positive practices and participation in the community. Our transition services and individualized curriculum prepare students for their next educational setting, including a return to public school or another less restrictive environment when appropriate.
Beacon School
We provide a therapeutic school environment in San Jose for special education students who need academic, emotional and behavioral support. Our programs serve students with emotional disturbance, autism and other disabilities that affect participation in school. Students receive academic teaching, behavioral support and therapeutic services throughout a six-period school day. We offer individual and group counseling based on the Individualized Education Program team's assessment. Our work includes preparation for a return to public school or vocational opportunities, alongside a separate district-based Therapeutic Support Service Program.
Creative Minds Child Development Center
Creative Minds Child Development Center is a locally owned early learning community in San Jose, open year-round since 2009. Infants and toddlers (3 months through 2 years), young preschool (ages 2 through 3), and preschool (ages 3 through 5) learn in small groups. The approach is Reggio-inspired and hands-on, with play, art, language, and outdoor time built into the day.
