About California School for the Blind - Fremont
The California School for the Blind is a state special school in Fremont for students who are blind or have low vision. Admissions go through the student's school district: parents cannot request the referral packet themselves. Completed packets are reviewed by an admissions committee, and every completed referral receives an Assessment of Suitability for Placement lasting up to 60 days, either on campus or at the student's current program.
