Blue Lotus Nature School, located in the picturesque regions of Fallbrook and Temecula Wine Country, is dedicated to providing a unique educational experience for PreK and elementary students. Founded in 2018, this secular school embraces the philosophy that not all classrooms have four walls, utilizing the natural outdoor environment as a dynamic classroom. Catering to children aged 2½ to 10 years, the school serves those with diverse learning needs, including language-based learning disabilities and twice-exceptional students. The curriculum is designed around holistic learning principles and incorporates a nature-based philosophy inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. Programs emphasize socio-emotional development, self-regulation, and independence through daily exploration and discovery in various outdoor settings. Classes are intentionally kept small, with a low student-teacher ratio of up to 14 students per two teachers, fostering individualized attention and support. What makes Blue Lotus Nature School truly distinctive is its commitment to creating strong family partnerships and community involvement through various enrichment programs. These include park-based forest school activities across North San Diego and South Riverside counties, ensuring that each child not only learns academically but also develops a profound sense of connection to nature and humanity. With flexible attendance options available for families, including half-day classes running Tuesday through Friday, Blue Lotus Nature School stands out as an enriching environment where children can thrive emotionally and intellectually amidst the beauty of nature.

Care-Rite is a dedicated vocational service designed specifically for adults with intellectual disabilities, focusing on fostering independence and self-sufficiency. The program serves individuals by teaching essential life skills, work readiness, and confidence-building techniques, empowering them to thrive in their communities. With a strong emphasis on community immersion, Care-Rite utilizes small group settings to enhance social skills and facilitate meaningful interactions. The organization prides itself on its family-oriented approach, creating a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and positivity. Unique to Care-Rite is its commitment to individualized attention through low student-to-coach ratios, ensuring that each participant receives tailored guidance. Through quality programs and strong community partnerships, Care-Rite stands out as an exceptional resource for adults seeking to develop their potential and achieve greater independence.

Willow Tree started in 2015, when a group of parents and teachers created a Waldorf-inspired charter school in partnership with the Bonsall and Mt. Empire school districts. In the fall of 2018 we left the charter model and became Friends of Willow Tree, a nonprofit enrichment center. We offer Waldorf-inspired classes for homeschooling families with children in TK/kindergarten through 8th grade, grouped into TK/kindergarten, lower grades (1st to 5th), and middle grades (6th to 8th). Families can choose two-part days of morning main lesson enrichment, a la carte specialty classes, or block classes, and we also run summer programs. We are an approved community partner and vendor for independent study charter schools including Sage Oak, Sky Mountain, Compass, Pacific Coast Academy, and Cabrillo Point Academy. All participating families join our seasonal festivals and performances. We meet Monday through Thursday at our temporary location on Reche Road in Fallbrook while we develop our 14-acre permanent site.
