Iris Therapy Services - Arlington

We offer ADHD and psychological testing for individuals and families at our Arlington office, with a second office in McLean. Testing helps assess ADHD and other learning disorders in children and adults, and we pair the results with recommendations, coping strategies, and skill building for managing symptoms and regulating emotions. Our therapists also provide individual, couples, and group therapy, supervision and consultation, and training programs for clinicians. We take an integrative approach that combines therapy, lifestyle adjustments, and personalized strategies.
