About L.E.A.P.S. and Beyond - Tacoma
Our Tacoma clinic on Pacific Avenue serves children and families across Pierce County and the South Sound with pediatric behavioral health services led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Licensed Assistant Behavior Analysts, and Registered Behavior Technicians. ABA therapy is available in the clinic, at home, at school, and in the community, and we coordinate care with physicians, schools, and other providers so plans stay consistent wherever a child spends the day.
For young children ages 2 to 7, the LEAPS Early Intervention Academy is a 12-week intensive program that runs Monday through Thursday with three daily session options. Older kids can join the Teen Social Academy and social skills training. We also provide parent and caregiver training, functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, school consultation and IEP collaboration, and speech-language therapy, all delivered with a trauma-informed, assent-based approach.
