Autism FIRST provides evidence-based ABA therapy, autism diagnostics, and family-centered support for children across Virginia, with in-clinic and at-home services. Programs include the FIRST STEPS Day Program (full-day ABA for ages 2 to 6), FIRST STEPS After School (grades K to 6), FIRST STEPS Social Skills groups, early intervention, and Summer STEPS. This listing is the Herndon clinic at 131 Elden St. Suite 302. Autism FIRST operates a network of clinics across Virginia and accepts most major insurance plans, including Virginia Medicaid.
