Crimson Heights - St. George — E 600 S

Crimson Heights operates from 340 E 600 S in St. George, with the organization's headquarters hub a short distance away at 348 E 600 S. This is its home base, and the local team spans both halves of the practice: board certified behavior analysts including an area director for ABA services, a licensed clinical social worker acting as area clinical supervisor, a marriage and family therapist, and clinical social workers. Available here are ABA therapy, individual mental and behavioral health therapy, therapeutic day treatment and partial hospitalization for pre-teens and adolescents, and residential treatment for youth carrying behavioral and emotional challenges.

The method is behavior skills training. A skill is taught, modeled, rehearsed with the client, then reinforced with feedback. Sessions happen in the clinic, out in the community, and at home, on the reasoning that a skill only counts once it generalizes past the room where it was learned. Each ABA program has goals set and regularly reviewed by a BCBA. The people served are children, youth, and young adults whose challenges include autism, intellectual disability, traumatic brain injury, ADHD, reactive attachment, trauma, oppositional defiance, and obsessive compulsive disorder.

Funding runs through insurance or private pay. Medicaid plans from Utah, Arizona, Colorado, and Nevada are accepted, including CHIP, alongside Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, EMI, Select Health, and Medicare Part B. Private pay is $175 an hour for counseling, $225 for a behavioral health evaluation, and $70 for skill development and behavior management.
