Busy Bees Daycare is a specialized childcare facility dedicated to supporting children with Autism through a unique blend of traditional daycare and individualized therapeutic services. The core mission is to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters both social and developmental growth for children with diverse needs. Key offerings at Busy Bees Daycare include personalized learning plans crafted by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring that each child's specific developmental and behavioral goals are met. The staff comprises Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who provide a safe and supportive atmosphere. The daycare incorporates evidence-based methodologies such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to enhance learning outcomes. Additional services may include social skills groups, speech and language therapy, and occupational therapy, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. We provide in-home and community-based ABA for children with autism, built around each family’s routines and goals. Every client has a dedicated BCBA who oversees the treatment plan, trains the RBTs working directly with your child, and meets with parents regularly for coaching and progress updates. We focus on skills that matter day to day: communication, independence, social connection, and reducing behaviors that get in the way of family life. Parents are partners in the process.
