We are a client led naturalistic ABA company that customizes treatment plans for the child. We have over 20 clinical leaders serving 4 locations for in-center ABA therapy and we are growing! We also offer in-home ABA and telehealth options for some families too. We believe that each child is unique so we create treatment plans and therapy to match. We do not force your child into a treatment plan, instead the plan is specifically designed to meet your goals and their needs. We believe every child deserves a Radiant future!

Our Radiant clinical team is all professionally credentialed and hold a LBA in Texas. The majority of our clinical team hold their BCBA with an autism specific Master's degree, while a few have a BCaBA and we have one Qasp-S Qualified Autism Service Provider - Supervisor. We also have a certified SafetyCare instructor, a clinical trainer, and certified ADOS-2 assessor on staff.
We can usually start the intake process the same week you apply. The major hold-up is usually with insurance authorization. Once we have the authorization we can do the assessment and get your child on the schedule. We do provide one-on-one therapy with a trained technician so sometimes there is a delay as we make sure we are adequately staffed to care for your child. Our goal is to work around your schedule and to start providing therapy ASAP! We have openings right now!
We serve ages 18 months to 12 years in center and can help older clients in-home
Every child is unique and the treatment plans vary accordingly. Sessions last 15 minutes and we stack individual sessions together to best suit your child's behavior plan. The transition between sessions is usually seamless for as little as 30 minutes for up to 2 hours; where we usually bring in another technician to engage with your child for the next series of sessions. Most kids are in center 5-8 hours per day with the average client in-center for 35 hours. In-home sessions are the same length but the quantity of sessions is usually lower resulting in 15-25 hours of therapy on average.
At Radiant we provide caregiver training and support for anyone in the child's community. We welcome parents, grandparents, siblings, cousins, nurses, friends, babysitters, and anyone that has a direct and impactful relationship with your child. We believe the better trained the team that cares for and interacts with your child, the better we can all help.

We also support individuals who are Twice Exceptional and may need support navigating everyday spaces through executive functioning and/or social skills support. We also provide therapy for families and siblings.
