ABS Kids - Murfreesboro

Our Murfreesboro center serves Rutherford County, including Murfreesboro, Smyrna and La Vergne. We provide center-based and in-home applied behavior analysis (ABA), with individualized goals for communication, social interaction, behavior and daily living. The center is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Insurance coverage varies by plan, and ABA generally requires a physician referral and autism diagnosis.

Behavioral Framework provides individualized ABA therapy for children through age 12 at 640 Broadmor Street, Suite 80, in Murfreesboro. Center, home, and community-based programs use assessment, ongoing data review, and caregiver collaboration to support communication, social participation, learning, independence, behavior, and daily routines.

Murfreesboro West, at 2740 St. Andrews Drive, is a Hopebridge center for young children with autism. Children receive individualized, center-based ABA therapy and caregiver guidance. The 360 Care model uses one-to-one treatment led by board-certified behavior analysts, with registered behavior technicians supporting the work, to build communication, social interaction, behavior, independence, and readiness for everyday routines. Diagnostic, occupational, speech-language, and feeding evaluations or therapies are part of the model, and those additional disciplines are not available at every center. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tennessee coverage includes 11 commercial and Medicaid-related payers. TennCare is accepted. Benefits, authorization, and capacity are reviewed during intake.
