Negligence/Unethical/Unprofessional
1/5
My 5 year old non verbal autistic grand daughter attended this facility. Bad idea! They are not HIPAA compliant. Leaders lack skills and knowledge to be able to lead. They show unprofessional and unethical behavior. They gossip about parents with staff in front of children per Indeed reviews. One staff member took selfie pictures of herself with my grand daughters iPad that we purchased, which was unprofessional. They have high turnover rate and do not have adequate staff/techs for the children. Due to this my granddaughter had to be picked up early, which caused inconvenience to mom & dad/family. They change care techs often and do not notify parents of this especially when my female granddaughter was put with a male tech but we weren’t notified of this before hand. This causes disruption in care of children and disrupts progress of the children. Autistic children do not do well with new people or constant changes in their routines. After my daughter expressed concerns of the constant changes and their unprofessional behaviors to the head person of the facility, they retaliated against my daughter as well as my 5 year old non verbal grand daughter by fabricating info regarding alleged pattern of behaviors that they had never called her parents/family about or given incident reports to parents for this. Nor do they have cameras in this facility! My mom & I did a walk through after my daughter expressed concerns about the facility to us. Then the retaliation/discrimination worsened. They wanted my grand daughter out of the facility so they fabricated stories of so called patterns of my granddaughters behavior with no proof supplied, no cameras & no witnesses when we asked for all this we were given nothing but their lies. The state should pay them a visit. Indeed, Glassdoor and Reditt reviews confirm most of my complaints as well about the unprofessionalism. Saw on another review that one kids parent filed a report against them. I definitely understand why.
