Every treatment plan is personalized, overseen by a BCBA.

BCBAs regularly observe sessions
Each child's treatment program is overseen by a BCBA who conducts regular supervision, reviews client progress, provides caregiver and staff training, and makes data-driven adjustments to treatment goals and intervention strategies as needed. Supervision includes direct observation of therapy sessions to ensure treatment fidelity and support the client's continued progress toward individualized goals.
