About Element Behavioral Health - Charlotte

Element is a neuro-affirming, assent-based ABA practice, owned and operated by a BCBA. We do not view autism or neurodivergence as something to “fix,” but rather something to embrace and support.

We provide home-based ABA services with reduced hours, between 15-25 hours per week. Our team takes a highly collaborative approach, partnering closely with families and outside providers.

Our mission is simple: Embrace Neurodiversity and Redefine ABA Care, so every child can Thrive in their Element.
