Suite E at 19-21 Fair Lawn Avenue is the northernmost of Kaleidoscope ABA's 14 New Jersey centers and the only one in Bergen County. Weekday hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and the center is closed Saturday and Sunday. ABA is provided to ages 2 to 21, at the center or in the family's home and community.
Services start with a comprehensive assessment by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, which establishes baselines and produces an individualized behavior analytic plan. Registered Behavior Technicians deliver the sessions, and the BCBA adjusts the plan through ongoing assessment and data analysis. Accepted payers are Aetna, Cigna, Evernorth, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Magellan, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare. New Jersey Medicaid is accepted through Wellpoint, Horizon NJ Health, and UnitedHealthcare Community Plan.
