We provide individualized in-home ABA therapy for children and families across New Jersey. Our BCBAs develop practical treatment plans around each child's strengths, daily routines, communication, independence, and family priorities. Parent training and collaboration with schools and other care professionals help families use consistent strategies beyond each session.

Sarahann Martin is the executive director of the ABA Centers of New Jersey site on Oak Tree Road in Edison, a 14,000 square foot center that opened on October 30, 2024. It provides diagnostic and autism care services across the Central region of New Jersey from its Middlesex County address. Applied Behavior Analysis therapy is delivered at the center, in the home, and in school settings, and autism diagnostic evaluation runs alongside it. Child programs cover ages two to twelve, and teen programs work on communication, planning, finances, self-care, attentiveness, and daily living skills. Programs typically run 20 to 40 hours per week for up to three years, using a play-based approach rooted in positive reinforcement. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) completes an assessment and writes the plan, and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) delivers sessions and records progress data, which guides adjustments to the plan. Both are certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Intake starts with a free consultation and an insurance benefits analysis. The statewide service area covers fourteen counties. Those include Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, Morris, Essex, Union, and Somerset. Coverage also reaches Hunterdon, Mercer, Monmouth, Middlesex, Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester.

Flywheel Centers keeps a center at 343 Thornhall Street, Suite 550 in Edison, and its service area runs across Middlesex County to Woodbridge, Metuchen, New Brunswick, Highland Park, and East Brunswick. Programs serve children ages 18 months through adolescence. Early intensive intervention covers 18 months to 5 years and coordinates with New Jersey's Early Intervention System, including transition planning at age 3. Full-day structured programs mirror public school structure, and kindergarten readiness covers circle time, following directions, and transitions. Families can choose center-based sessions, in-home sessions, or a combination of the two, and in-home therapy is available anywhere in New Jersey. A supervising BCBA assesses the child and writes the treatment plan, an assigned primary behavior technician runs the sessions, and session data drives revisions to the plan. BCBAs hold master's degrees and New Jersey state licensure. They attend IEP meetings, work with the Edison Township Schools special education teams, and coordinate with medical providers such as Children's Specialized Hospital. Intake starts with a consultation, followed by a BCBA developmental assessment held at the center or in the family home. Insurance verification, authorization, reauthorization, and appeals are handled by in-house insurance specialists.
