Teaching uses positive reinforcement and naturalistic techniques, breaks complex skills into smaller steps, and relies on a data-driven review with senior clinician supervision. Parents receive regular training and direct supervision of the behavior techniques they use.

Ages served run from infancy through 21, and Proud Moments holds a BHCOE Award of Distinction. Insurance accepted includes Medicaid, TRICARE, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Horizon and UnitedHealthcare.
