Our team delivers individualized ABA in the home, at school, in the community, and in clinic, with telehealth available for parent support and coaching. Each program is built around the learner's own goals, and families are partners in every plan. We accept most commercial insurance plans and Missouri Medicaid, and we are currently accepting new clients.

All Star ABA provides transformative ABA therapy tailored for children with autism, empowering families in Catonsville and the Greater Baltimore area. BlueSprig Autism's Columbia clinic is at 2620 Forum Boulevard, Suite E, Columbia, MO 65203, in the Twin Lakes area of Boone County. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Rachel is Clinical Director and Shawn is Center Operations Supervisor. Programs follow BlueSprig's age bands: Sprouts (0-4), Sprigs (4-6), Explorers (7-12), and Trailblazers (13-18). The center also offers in-home, community, and school-based sessions when clinically appropriate. Accepted plans include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Tricare, Cigna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicaid.
