AB Spectrum - Chesterfield

Atlas Autism Health is preparing to open a center-based ABA clinic at 111 Chesterfield Towne Center in Chesterfield. The planned clinic will serve children ages 2 through 6 with individualized, play-based ABA on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The location is still marked as opening soon.

Caravel Autism Health's Chesterfield clinic is at 17359 Edison Avenue, Chesterfield, MO 63005. The center provides autism diagnostic evaluations plus clinic-based ABA for children as young as 12 months. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. This west-county clinic is separate from Caravel's Oakville and St. Charles sites. Programming includes communication, social skills, school readiness, daily living, and caregiver coaching. Accepted plans include Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare.

At Beyond Core Therapy, we bring BCBA-led ABA therapy to children and teens ages 2–18 throughout Missouri. Our Missouri clinical team includes BCBAs Jirita Kinsey and Kimberly Dunn, with support from Clinical Director Tracey Walton. We build individual plans around each child’s strengths and family routines, providing in-home sessions, parent coaching, and school-based support where appropriate.
